Morning

8:00 – 9:00 a.m.	Check-in Kansas Union, fourth floor Major Change Help Room Governor’s Room, fifth floor
8:15 – 8:45 a.m.	Honors Welcome Hawks Nest, first floor This session is for students who have been admitted to the University Honors Program.
9:00 – 9:45 a.m.	Orientation Welcome Woodruff Auditorium, fifth floor Kickoff with an introduction to the Jayhawk experience.
10:00 – 10:45 a.m.	Student-to-Student Group Review your personalized schedule on the Orientation information letter given to you at check-in for group number and session location Led by an Orientation assistant, you’ll meet other new students and learn about the KU student experience.
10:45 – 11:45 a.m.	Opportunities Fair Big 12 and Jayhawk rooms, fifth floor Fourth floor lobby Meet with a variety of KU offices to learn more about services and resources available to the Jayhawk community.
A-L 10:50 – 11:15 a.m. M-Z 11:20 – 11:45 a.m.	Housing Sessions Woodruff Auditorium, fifth floor Hear from KU Housing & Residence Life about on-campus living and dining options.

Noon – 12:45 p.m.	Keynote Speaker Woodruff Auditorium, fifth floor Student Affairs leadership will present information and services to support you on your KU journey. 12:45 – 3:30 p.m.	THE FOLLOWING SESSION ORDER VARIES BY STUDENT. Check your Orientation information letter for your personalized schedule. Navigating the Nest Check your Orientation information letter for the location Get to know all about KU and the variety of resources, offices, and opportunities designed with you in mind. In the Classroom Wescoe Hall, third floor Your first stop to discovering how to fully engage in class, communicate clearly with faculty, staff, and peers, and build strong connections on campus. Advising and Enrollment See your Orientation information letter for the location Meet with your advisor to discuss your interests and aspirations and enroll in your first-semester courses.
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.	Orientation Checkout Kansas Union, fourth floor Reunite with your guest and collect your KU Card and checkout gifts.
