Date Change Policy

If you are unable to attend the orientation for which you are scheduled, you are able to make changes to your reservation through the website. A new confirmation email will be sent informing you of your new orientation date. You can keep the confirmation mailing and use it for your new orientation session. Session date changes must be made online by 5:00 p.m. one week prior to the session you would like to attend.

This policy is not applicable to Spring Orientation
